How long should a legacy video be?

A single message works best at two to five minutes. That is long enough to say something real and short enough that your family will actually rewatch it. Long recordings get watched once. Short ones get worn out with use.

• It gets rewatched. People return to a two-minute video far more than a forty-minute one.
