Give a parent, a grandparent, or the person you love a private place to record video messages for the family. Each message is delivered on a date they choose, a wedding, a birth, a milestone birthday, or after they are gone. You pay, we set everything up, and they get a welcome from you.
Questions people ask
How does the gift work?+
You pay, we set up their account on the plan you choose, and we email them a warm welcome with your name and your note. They pick a password and start recording. There is nothing for them to pay.
Do they need to be good with technology?+
No. Recording works on any phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. The screen says what to do in plain words, and messages can be re-recorded as many times as they like. If they are near central New Jersey, Doron, the founder, can also come and record with them in person.
Can I choose when they receive the welcome?+
The welcome email goes out as soon as your payment clears. If they have not opened their account after a couple of days, we send a gentle reminder, and you get a note so you can mention it in person.
What if they already have an account?+
We upgrade the account they already have. Nothing is lost.
Who sees the messages they record?+
Only the people they name, and only when each message is delivered. Not you, not us. Every video is encrypted and stored on US servers.
Is a subscription a strange thing to give?+
Keepsake and Heirloom are billed yearly to your card, and you can stop any time from your receipt email. If you would rather give something with no renewals at all, Legacy is a single payment that lasts for life.
