Your vault.
Every plan comes with a set number of minutes of stored video. We hold those videos for as long as they need to be held, sometimes for decades, so we tell you exactly how much room you have instead of promising a vague “unlimited” we could never honor.
Only the video you record. Your written letters, recipients, titles and delivery dates are free and unlimited on every paid plan. 120 minutes is roughly 24 full-length messages.
One payment, and those minutes are yours permanently, with no renewals ever. You bought forever, so your extra minutes are forever too. Add as many blocks as you need.
Need room now? Add a block month to month, add another whenever you need one, and cancel any time. On Legacy, 60 minutes are a one-time $99 and yours forever, which works out cheaper after about a year and a half.
We never delete a message to free space, and a full vault never stops a delivery. You simply can't add new video until you add minutes or remove a message you no longer want. Every message you've already recorded stays exactly where it is, and every message you've scheduled still arrives on time.
