Delete your account
You can delete your Shtello Legacy account yourself, from the website or the app, in under a minute.
- Sign in and open Profile, then Help.
- Scroll to "Delete my account", type DELETE, and confirm.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your sign-in, every video you recorded (removed from our video storage), every message waiting to be delivered, your check-in settings, and any active subscription (cancelled immediately). Messages that were already delivered stay with the people who received them, because at that point they belong to them.
What we keep
Payment records required by law (kept by our payment processor, Stripe) and a short log entry that the account was deleted, without your videos or messages. Nothing else.
Cannot sign in? Email support@shtellolegacy.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
